J. Exley & Son Ltd. of Batley, West Yorkshire, have put to work a new Fassi F545RA.2.25 with L426 fly-jib.
Mounted behind the cab of a new 8x2 Volvo FH, supplied by local dealer Crossroads, the crane will lift an impressive 3080kg at the end of its 5th hydraulic extension and will reach almost 28m with the fly-jib attachment.
The crane is supplied as standard with FSC-S2 stability control system, and is the first crane in the UK to be supplied with encoders on supplementary outriggers, giving proportional lifting duties with the legs extended just 25%.
CCT also fitted front crane legs, made possible with the Volvo front frame extension, to give 360 degree lifting performance.
Bespoke bodywork was designed and built in house by CCT, before being finished in the companies distinctive green and yellow colours and being weighed off on our on-site weighbridge.
